Warm and dry with a light breeze, near perfect running conditions greeted the 360 entrants to the Northbrook 10k race on Sunday 18 April. Club Chairman Bob Adams welcomed the Lord Mayor of Coventry to give the start signal, and to present the prizes.
Deeside AAC's David Mountford won the race in 33:06, with Mark Couldwell (CharnwoodAC) 2nd and Richard O'Sullivan (Tipton) in 3rd.

Carol Adams took the 1st lady spot in 38:17.
Stuart Keen (41:12) was the wearer of Northbrook's first vest to cross the line.

The men's team prize was won by Sphinx AC, with Northbrook AC taking the team prize for the ladies.

In the Junior Fun Run, Coventry Godiva's Fintan Carey won the event in 6:38. Ellen Bollard (Sphinx) took 2nd place.
