Men's Captain's Report December 2009

A surprising lack of PB's over the month of November, as far as I can tell only Craig Mcnaney has run one for the men. However we are in the comedy season of racing and there have been some good off road and unusual distance performances, Howard first old bloke at Rugby not the 10, and at the Shakespeare 10K and Paul 3rd at Sphinx. It's also been good to see John Wilson, Richard Hodge and Dave Fawkner finding their cross country legs.

I'd also like to report that 7 days after running the Midland 7, Mark and Mick are still talking about it. A couple of stream crossings and they get all misty eyed about the old days of X-C!!!!

And Mr Hodge's Lucozade 6 spot, should be excellent publicity for the club.
