  2. Minutes from Last Meeting - not available.
  3. Matters From Last Meeting – Treasurer reported missing cheques for 10k sponsorship tracked down; £500 cheque banked, £1000 cheque with Sean O’Connor, £250 cheque to be re-issued. Club Gazabo – sample graphics circulated to committee. John Wilson working on getting a discounted price.
  4. Mens/Ladies Captain's Report – XC Relays: Ladies 1st team at Warwick. Chester Marathon: Chris Jones PB Vanguard Way: 70 miles Corinna O’Connor Coventry Half: Chris Delaney 1:26 Rugby 10: many PB’s Birmingham Half: many PB’s Daventry 10: many PB’s Abingdon Marathon: Tony Hughes PB Great South Run Staff Trail Marathon: Mark Baker 2nd.
  5. Social Secretary Report – Christmas social 46 names. Presentation Night booked for 26 January 2013. Cost will be £12.50. Suggested themes Red/White/Blue, Heroes of 2012. Corinna to email members requesting photos for slideshow. Get nominations for awards.
  6. Runner of the Month – October 2012: Lyn McDonald for many PB’s.
