  3. Membership – We have 159 paid members. England Athletics membership fees will increase gradually over the next few years. Club vest stock details were given.

The Birmingham League XC and Midlands Ladies League XC start at Leamington on 7th November. Also, the Warwick University XC relays and Midland 7s XC are soon. John discussed runners safety on night runs and coaching courses.
  6. 10Km race – The 2016 race is on Sunday 10th July. We have interest from another race sponsor.
  7. Runner of the Month – September – October winners – Men: Tommy Dempsey – 2 PB’s, Ladies: Lyn McDonald – leads Monday and Wednesday training groups. Bob Adams will distribute vouchers to recent winners.
  8. Any other business –
    1. London Marathon Club Places – there will be 2 places drawn on 4th November.
    2. Publicity – Sarah Booker has tried to pass publicity to Coventry Telegraph.
    3. AGM – needs to be booked at Jaguar in January 2016.
    4. Jaguar Fees – are now due and should be passed to Mark Dalton.
    5. Training Groups – there was a discussion of how Clive Horton’s Wednesday group should be described to members. It was originally conceived as a long run group but recently is sometimes another rep or fartlek group similar to level 2. It is great to have group leaders giving choice for members, but it may be confusing to have similar groups. If this group is evolving beyond a long run group, then we need to discuss with Clive the best way to include this group.
    6. Warks Road Race League AGM – 9th November – we will ask for 10Km to be included for 2016
    7. Christmas Cracker Run – Tony Mackness will organise this for 20th December.
  9. Next Meeting – Monday 7th December 8pm.at Bob Adams' residence.
