  1. Apologies – R. Ladbury (Guest).
  2. Welcome - welcome new committee.
  3. Awards Review – there should have been a new cross-country presentation for men and ladies (first, second, third) at the awards night.
  4. AGM Review – long service certificates will be announced on training nights. There will be changes to some group leaders on training nights soon. John Wilson suggested that all training group leaders can become qualified on coaching courses.
  5. Treasurer's Report – Tony Mackness discussed accounts. Tony is chasing outstanding kit payments, and Thunder Run entry fees (one team will be returned to organisers).
  6. Social Secretary Report – Thanks to Corinna O’Connor for organising the Annual Awards Night at Jaguar on Saturday 30th January 2016.
  7. Mens/Ladies Captain's Report – The men are still 2nd in division 3 of the Birmingham League XC after 3 races at Leamington, Aldridge and Droitwich. The final race is at Gloucester. The ladies are doing well in the Midlands Ladies League after races at Leamington, Cofton and Gloucester. The final race is at Wolverhampton. The Midland XC Champs were moved from Stafford to Loughborough at short notice. Unfortunately, no teams were entered into the National XC Champs before the deadline. Teams will be entered for the Midland Road relays.
  8. 10Km race – The race is on 10th July 2016. The licence has been received. Entries are open on the Runners World website. Medals will be given to finishers.
  9. Runner of the Month – January 2016 winners – Men: Fraser Barrett – supported XC events and had the best time estimate in the Masseys pace race, Ladies: Cath Fenn – did well in XC races and Ilmington 10Km race. Bob Adams will distribute vouchers to recent winners.
  10. Any other business –
    1. Pre-run on Wednesdays – we are trying to liaise with Jaguar to use the function room
    2. XC invitation – Kenilworth have a XC race at Warwick University on 20th February
    3. Warks Grants – possible grants may be available to clubs for coaching, etc.
    4. Two Castles 10Km race – club entry rules have been published to clubs
    5. Quiz – Damian Pharoah and Richard Cawley are looking to organise an event at Jaguar.
  11. Next Meeting – Monday 7th March 2016 at 8pm at Mark Dalton's residence.
