  1. Apologies – A French (President), A. Mackness (Treasurer)
  2. Matters Arising – Birmingham XC - The first fixture is no longer a combined race for all leagues but Division 2 race is still at Leamington. We joint host the final race at Coundon with Masseys. Dates are: 12th November (Leamington), 3rd December (Stratford), 14th January (tbc), 11th February (Coundon). Ladies' races to be confirmed.
  3. Treasurer's Report – Tony Mackness sent details of the accounts.
  4. Awards Review – Bob Adams will order shields. The first long service certificates have not been awarded yet.
  5. Social Secretary Report – Thanks to Corinna for organising the post marathon meal on Friday 29th April at Shimla Spice. Thanks to the cake bakers at the Summer handicaps. There will be social drinks after the Sphinx 5 (City Arms) and Race the Train (Bell Inn).
  6. Mens/Ladies Captain's Report – The Cotswolds Hilly 100 was a great event with 4 teams taking part. Many thanks to Spencer Davies for all his efforts. Many excellent results are also on the club website. The Warks Road League includes a new race, the Monty 5Km in Leamington, and many races are taking place soon. Spencer talked about a Beer relay at Stratford and the Sphinx mile relays. The Thunder Run relay is also soon.
  7. 10Km race – The race is on 10th July 2016. More entries are now being received. Marshals are needed on the day.
  8. Runner of the Month – April 2016 winners – Men: Kevin Coughlan – two recent PBs. Ladies: Sarah Booker (Fry) – world record fastest ‘elf’ costume in a marathon
  9. Any other business –
    1. Summer handicap – the second race was well attended by over 60 runners. Thanks to the handicapper and all the helpers.
    2. Good Bad & Ugly relay – planned for Wednesday 22nd June
    3. Race the Train, Hampton-in Arden – planned for Wednesday 13th July
    4. Northbrook Track Event – date to be arranged
    5. Club Kit – an order of 50 vests has been placed. Damian Pharoah will also order buffs and training tops.
    6. Members who registered could pre-order tickets for London 2017 World Champs.
  10. Next Meeting – Monday 13th June 2016 at 8pm at Clare Rowntree's residence.
