Our training target from June is focussed on the marathon distance. My training plan is designed to get you in condition for the Birmingham marathon on 15 October.

We will be running a variety of routes from the Jag Club on Sunday mornings. There are routes suitable for marathon and half-marathon training. Some of these routes will have drop-out points in case you don't feel up to the full distance.

Distance training starts on 18 June. Meet at the Jag Club at 9am. Links to the weekly routes will be posted here.
