A partly sunny and humid Sunday run around what can only be described
as a "lumpy" circuit of Draycote Water. The course was a clockwise
one and a bit lap of Draycote with a very long straight finish that seemed
to take forever to cross. Not quite sure whether I enjoyed the course or
not but the medal, tech t-shirt and goody bag made it worthwhile - Simon
Peak Skyrace - 2 August

Derbyshire Peak District challenge called The Five Trigs Round. The 2000m
of elevation includes Shuttlingsloe, affectionately known as the Matterhorn
