Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Northbrook AC Annual General Meeting will be held at the Jaguar Sports & Social Club, Browns Lane, Coventry on
WEDNESDAY 29th JANUARY 2020 at 8.30pm.
Training runs will start early at 7pm. Please do not plan a very long training session on the night, and allow time for changing and showers.

Election of Committee
The Club committee is elected by the membership each year at the AGM. Nominations for the committee can be made online, by completing the online nominations form.

Nominations are invited for these committee positions:
- Chairman
- Club Secretary
- Treasurer
- Membership Secretary
- Men’s Captain
- Women’s Captain
- Social Secretary
Who can attend and vote?
All members of the Club may attend the AGM. Second Claim members can attend and join in the discussion but may not vote. To be eligible to vote at an AGM you must be a fully paid up First Claim Club member.
